Public Access Design

Collaborated with New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, Surveillance Technology Oversight Project (S.T.O.P.), and youth community members to co-design an accessible visual guide raising awareness of digital police surveillance risks in NYC.

Part of CUP’s mission to democratize design, this project exemplifies how visual communication can drive social change, equipping communities with the resources to navigate and challenge systemic surveillance practices.

Human-Centered & Participatory Design

Through participatory workshops and engagement, we ensured the guide was actionable, inclusive, and responsive to real community concerns.

 Co-Creation & Collaboration

Led iterative design workshops with community stakeholders to ensure the guide was culturally relevant, actionable, and aligned with the lived experiences of those most affected.

Accessible Information Design

Conveyed complex policy and technical concepts to user-friendly educational materials to empower informed civic participation.
